What To Expect Nutrition

Laying the Foundation for Total Health

When we say Chiropractic care is like remodeling a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. In Nutrition, the idea goes another step forward, to provide the proper building supplies for the re-build. When building a house, if you tried to build your fireplace with wood, well ... it's probably not a good idea. The same is true for your body. Your body requires a particular disciplined regimen of nutritional care, in order for it to naturally repair itself correctly and fully. There are generally three phases of our nutrition program of care:

Phase 1: Fine Tuning Basic Program

HRV scan

If you are in pain, have health concerns, chronic conditions or named diseases when you come into our office, our first objective is to help you feel better naturally. Depending on the severity of your problem, it is typical to assess your ongoing health status weekly for approximately 6 weeks.

Phase 2: Natural Healing and Observation Period

During this phase, your Autonomic Nervous System, internal organs and other tissues are making corrections to heal your body more completely. First, your body is addressing any current exposures, then repairing any historical damage that has occurred to your tissues over the years. It is typical for most individuals to be assessed every two weeks for the next 12 weeks, depending on your overall health and the severity of the problems assessed.

Phase 3: Developmental Care

Once your body is tuned and healing, it is important to continue periodic checks to avoid problems and insure continual healing in the future. Usually, this becomes a simple assessment visit about two to four weeks apart based on your lifestyle and goals. This is also the time when we begin to address issues of aesthetics, performance, and vitality.
